Challenges and Barriers of the Integrated Public Purchase Policy
This study thoroughly analyses the factors influencing the implementation of public procurement policy in Poland. The selection of Poland as the focus stems from the unique characteristics of its public procurement market and the scarcity of comprehensive studies, particularly in comparison to other Western European countries. Through qualitative research and in-depth interviews with key informants, the study affirms previous research findings, identifying gaps in public procurement policy that may hinder their effectiveness. The study highlights the need to promote sustainable public procurement through education. It stresses the importance of auditors being well-versed in sustainable and innovative procurement practices to ensure accurate assessments. These findings advance academic knowledge in public policy and offer practical insights for professionals in the field.
