Experience

Zbysław Dobrowolski has been engaged in the Supreme Audit Institution of Poland since 1992. From 2013-2018, Zbysław Dobrowolski was director of the SAI regional office. He supervised the implementation of several hundred audits concerning various aspects of the public sector functioning and the implementation of public tasks. His teams prepared 15 audit reports covering crucial public tasks based on his supervised audits submitted to the President of Poland, the Parliamentary Committees, the Prime Minister, and ministers. Before his academic work and director post, he conducted numerous audits as an auditor. The combination of scientific work with activity at SAI created a unique opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge and experience about the audit process and functioning of public and private organisations worldwide.  He served as a subject matter expert in international programs in more than 60 countries.
